Florum is a digital marketplace platform dedicated to the horticulture sector that:
IMPORTANT: Florum acts exclusively as a digital showcase. All commercial relationships, including payments, deliveries and warranties, occur directly between Vendors and Buyers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed via Stripe according to their terms of service.
We send emails for essential service-related communications, including:
These communications are necessary for service delivery and do not require specific consent.
The platform offers the possibility to receive push notifications via browser. These notifications are completely optional and require your explicit consent through the native browser permission.
Purpose of push notifications:
Management: You can disable push notifications at any time from your browser settings or from the site footer by clicking "Manage notifications".

The platform offers a chat system for direct contact between Vendors and Buyers. Use of messaging is subject to user responsibility for content sent. It is prohibited to send offensive, illegal or non-commercial messages.

Florum does NOT perform preventive content moderation.Vendors are solely responsible for published content. We reserve the right to remove content reported as inappropriate.
Florum is NOT a party to sales contracts between Vendors and Buyers andassumes NO responsibility regarding:
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure.
In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the subscription in the last year.

No automatic refunds are provided. Each request will be evaluated individually considering specific circumstances.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the natural expiration of the current subscription.

Florum does NOT intervene in commercial disputes between Vendors and Buyers. Parties must resolve them directly or through appropriate legal channels.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing to the subscription, without the need to specify the reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Substantial modifications will be communicated via email to registered users with at least 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Pistoia has exclusive jurisdiction, except for different mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.
